Date of Construction: 1931
Description of the Resource: This is a fairly plain building that possesses few architectural details. Solidly built of brick, the main facades are covered with stucco. The stepped parapet above the main entrance might be reminiscent of Art Deco; but that is the extent of any decoration. Windows have 6/6 sash; those on the ground floor are paired. 1926-1949 Sanborn shows this as "apartments". The entries on the front are altered, the others are filled in. The building is shorn of ornament, if there ever was any.
