Description of the Resource: This 2 story stucco double house has 1 bay on each side. A large gabled central wall dormer extends to the sides of the building with an exterior chimney in the center with 2 flues. The entrances are at the sides of the facade each covered by a square hipped-roof porch with smooth Tudor arches on three sides (also stuccoed). Arched windows flank the chimney on the second floor and small triangular bay windows are next to the doors under the porches. The windows have batten shutters. There is an addition at the rear of the house.
