Description of the Resource: This stuccoed double house is an excellent example of a 19th century millworker's home. Each side of the T-shaped house has 2 bays and is 2 stories high. The windows are 6/9 and 6/6. The slightly recessed entrances are together in the center 2 bays and over them is a diagonally braced pent roof. The house has brick inside end chimneys and there is evidence of the original brick bake oven in the kitchen of number 1003. In the front of the property along the street is a low rubble fieldstone wall.
